Well there is only 2 weeks 3 days left till we fly out (whose counting really). Everything is moving so quickly, Kieran and I have bought our travel packs. That is brining me closer to getting excited about leaving but there is still a lot of things to do in the time we have left.
The packs we bought are from an Australian and New Zealand company Mountain Designs. They were the best ones we found for the price to feature ratio. I chose the Columbus 75 (Green) and Kieran got the Nomad 65 (Blue) we didn’t want to walk around with twin bags. That’s just sad. I got the big bag but i won’t be taking my nephew with me, or extra clothes for Kieran.
Only 1 week of work left w00t! That will fly really quickly but there is still a fair of work to do there and to teach my replacement all the knowledge i know of the job. Kieran had finished work a week ago. Lucky her !
We still have a lot of things to organise, better get back to packing up my room.
